Hello There! I am Billy Welsh , I am from Las Cruces NM. I am a Web Designer/Programmer. I have worked as a web designer since 1998. I started making websites for fun and then I’ve been doing it freelancing on and off for 16 years. I know HTML, PHP, CSS and tons of coding in C++ , Java and C. I have worked for startups and local companies using HTML Web Development. I have also worked in Communications in Analytics and Web Design and helped design a few pages for companies and clubs and their clients. Unfortunate for me, many of my original works such as links and sites are dead since I’ve been making sites for a long time or for companies or organizations that no longer exist.
